Introducing: Polarity.

Our experiential hotel concept explores the reclamation and transformation of post-industrial, under-appreciated sites into mixed-use cultural destinations, defined by black (deep restoration) and white (social connection) environments.

We are proud for this work to be recognized as a finalist in the Radical Innovation 20th Anniversary Competition.

Vertical lines.

A clean repeating rhythm creates visual walls without requiring permanent enclosures.

Subtle vertical cues, such as bollard lights, umbrella shafts, and upright posts on an amenity deck, yield an intimate sanctuary across any expansive footprint.

Contrast scale.

A courtyard experience within a towering perimeter that’s intimate but unconfined.

Layered height, focused saturation, and open sightlines anchor the outdoor space.

Amenity deck.

Low-slung modular configurations turn expansive space into approachable settings.

Thoughtful planting and layered furnishings create a sense of place and privacy, without the need for heavy barriers.

A welcoming extension of one's suite.

Indoor-outdoor transition.

Interlocking pathways of angular planters and dense garden beds mirror the building's envelope. Material continuity eases the shift from subtropical sun to private quarters.

Unifying the exterior and interior realm transforms the utility of passage into a resort-like experience.

Intimate spatial zoning within a sweeping verticality.

Structured pathways, angular planters, and a stark-white canvas for shifting light create defined spaces for leisure in an urban setting.

Creating a design identity for a large-scale multi-family development in Wynwood.

Human-scale interior and exterior experiences pay tribute to the neighborhood's vibrant character, while offering characteristics of daily living that are uniquely its own.

The outcome is an urban oasis that balances the relaxed cadence of a coastal climate with the tailored sophistication of city life.

Scope: Lobby, Amenities, Corridors, Units
Size: 257 Units

A floor-to-ceiling aperture pulls the island's flora inward with restraint. Honed travertine and brushed bronze anchor the senses in a cool, relaxed stillness.

The result is a space that breathes. Tranquility on one side. Wildness on the other. The lines between them, ever carefully dissolved.

Mother nature is the blueprint.

Crystalline waters and shifting light offer a guiding presence in the composition of form and finish.

From this refractive pattern comes inspiration.

For the evening hours.

Slender shelving and integrated light pull focus toward high-contrast marble veining. A shimmering plane of woven metal glows behind the glass, defining the inner geometry of the cabinetry.

A luminous composition transforms utility into a sculptural event.
