Meet Jitin, our Intermediate Technologist, who’s known for keeping it chill while bringing big ideas to life. With a knack for balancing logic and creativity, he thrives on turning design into something that doesn’t just look good on paper but actually works in the real world.

For Jitin, ex*****on is more than following a plan. It’s about making spaces live, breathe, and function with purpose. His thoughtful, steady approach helps bridge vision and reality, ensuring every detail feels intentional and complete.

Outside the office, Jitin’s curiosity and energy keep him moving. These days, much of his time is spent with Oree, his new pup (and occasional sock thief). When not with family, Jitin’s chasing adventure, whether it’s scuba diving under the sea, paragliding in the clouds, or plotting his next thrill: skydiving.

Grounded yet daring, Jitin brings creativity, calm, and just the right spark of adventure to everything he does, on and off the clock.

Say hello to Katrina Munroe, an intermediate designer whose thoughtful approach and quiet determination help bring our projects at iN STUDIO to life, one purposeful detail at a time.

Inspired by the words of Charles Eames—“Design is a plan for arranging elements in such a way as best to accomplish a particular purpose”—Katrina approaches every project with intention. Her thoughtful balance of purpose and creativity makes her someone teammates naturally turn to.

Katrina brings her talents to our Toronto team. Outside the studio, she’s most in her element cottaging near Lake Huron, catching Jays games in the summer, or spending time with her family (Ken, Maddie, and Wallace) and her sweet old pup, Hudson. She’s always up for a hike, a home project, or experimenting with a new recipe.

Katrina brings heart, humor, and a deep care for craft to every design conversation. We’re so lucky she’s part of the team!
