Love your neighbourhood, but your home no longer fits your life?

You don’t have to leave the neighbourhood you love to create a home that works better for your family.

At Gelanaz & Associates, I help homeowners in established Toronto and GTA neighbourhoods transform their homes through thoughtful interior architecture and major renovations.

The goal is more than a beautiful space. It’s a home that reflects your lifestyle, makes everyday living easier, and supports your family’s needs for years to come.

Hear directly from my clients about their experience—and see what’s possible when thoughtful design meets the way you live.

Love where you live. Make your home work for you.

The original kitchen sat away from the light and away from the family’s daily rhythm.
We shifted it to the bay window, opened the plan, and gave the space a clear centre.

Quiet moments shape how a home feels.

A quiet correction to the bathroom wall — small change, but it controls the entire atmosphere.

A custom pocket‑door station designed for daily use.
Fluted, painted, and built to work quietly in the background.
Open when you need it. Invisible when you don’t.

Grateful to be part of IDC at EuroTile yesterday. The room was full of product suppliers and industry partners, and the conversation opened up the real landscape of residential design — the pace, the micro‑details, and the responsibility behind every decision. Always meaningful to share space with people who want to understand the work and support it with clarity and intention.

Before → chaos.
After → calm, clarity, and a kitchen that finally works.

This transformation wasn’t about making it look beautiful (though it does). It was about creating a clutter-free layout, better workflow, and a space that supports real life—quiet mornings, effortless entertaining, and the kind of ease successful people rarely make time to prioritize.

Because luxury is not more. It’s less friction.

Would you choose the “before” or the “after”?

Look at this… but more importantly, feel this.

A bathroom designed beyond aesthetics—where every detail is considered for how you live, unwind, and reset.

A clean vanity that keeps the visual calm…
A recessed medicine cabinet, seamlessly integrated—because true luxury is often hidden in the details.
A shower that speaks in quiet tones, softened by warm brass.
And a tub that invites you to pause, even on your busiest days.

This is not just a bathroom.
It’s a daily retreat—designed for those who value clarity, privacy, and intention.

For private clients in Toronto, Oakville, and Mississauga seeking a more elevated way of living.

If you are planning a renovation, I’d be happy to connect.
