We’ve all seen those ā€œbloatingā€ supplements that promise to get rid of bloat instantly—or the before-and-after photos of women holding their super bloated bellies.

But bloating is a lot more complex than just taking one supplement. It truly requires a holistic approach, and the good news is that I often see improvements within just 24 hours of working together.

Bloating isn’t just uncomfortable—it can be painful and a constant frustration when your clothes feel tight. But there is a root cause, which is why I recommend working with your GP to test for things like SIBO, Candida, or gut dysbiosis.

One thing I personally love is doing nightly colon massages. It only takes five minutes, but it makes such a difference in both the look and feel of my stomach.

I love getting to the root cause of my clients’ acne! It’s incredible to see the massive transformation in their skin when they focus on small, sustainable changes to their health.

Acne can have many different root causes, but most of the time, it’s linked to gut imbalances and/or hormone dysregulation.

I assess gut health for potential issues like candida, SIBO, dysbiosis, and leaky gut, while also evaluating hormone balance. Whenever possible, I recommend using local healthcare for lab work, as it’s often more affordable than private testing.

Simple diet additions, targeted supplements, and lifestyle shifts can make a huge difference in your skin!
