Pinewood Community Pool is a comedy/drama that follows the witty, yet anxiety filled Olly Perera, as she embarks on her first job at the local community pool. With a wide array of personalities and the influence of her hyper-involved mother, Olly will need to learn how to navigate the trials and tribulations of workplace hierarchy and teenage rebellion.

- The all seeing reader that carries us through the story, bringing our words from page to mouth to ears.

Alessia Morrisseau, 18 to 30 - Indigenous, Female
-A highly driven and confident lifeguard with no time for bu****it.

Malcolm Davis, 18 to 30 - Black, Male
- Charismatic and charming, Malcolm has a smile that could light up a room, but he also has some buried existential dread.

Skylar Pragues, 18 to 30 - White, Female
- A sarcastic and confident girl with a dark sense of humour. Everyone knows Skylar, but nobody really KNOWS her.

Greg “Gerf” Geoffrey, 18 to 30 - Open ethnicity, Male
- An oblivious, jolly, teddy bear of a guy who doesn’t take himself seriously. Best friend to Malcolm.

Jake Longstein, 18 to 30 - White, Male
- An overcompensating meat head with a desperate desire for authority.

Blake Longstien, 18 to 25 - White, Male
- Jake’s younger brother, also an overcompensating meat head with very little street smarts, and an affinity for high class partying.

Larry Jaeger, 30 to 50 - White, Male
- A balding middle aged chainsmoker stuck in the woes of his past. He’s almost as run down as the pool is.

-Rasa is a caring mother who won’t hesitate to go the extra mile for her daughter, but fails to understand the complexities of Olly’s social anxiety in relation to her own teenage experiences.
