!!!!!!! BIG ANNOUNCEMENT !!!!!!!
many of you know and love maddi!!! i love maddi! she’s become a staple of the shop. she’s one of my fave people!!!! i didn’t know it at the time, but hiring her has been one of the best things i’ve ever done. she’s an incredibly talented florist, hard worker and cares deeply about the shop. shes been focusing more on booking weddings and taking on more responsibilities around the shop.
SO. drum roll plz!!!!! today’s big announcement: maddi is officially MANAGER MADDI!!!!!!!! it has a ring to it, doesn’t it????
i’m soooo excited for her to blossom (hehe) into this role. her growth since day one has been incredible to witness. our brains (fortunately and … unfortunately lmao) have the same anxious drive which also makes us a great lil anxious + hardworking duo running the shop. l o l.
maddi: i’m so sorry i told you it was a trial shift that was so wild!!! and that on your first day, i asked you to make a bouquet and then i would criticize it 🔪🫠(i used the incorrect word lmao) but for real you’ve changed my life. you’ve helped the store grow in enormous ways and i am constantly in awe of your talent + drive. thank you.
+ thank you maddi for taking on this role 💕 you’re amazing and i can’t wait for this wedding season and hopefully many years to come!!! (but like no pressure okay? lol)

maddi’s first rule of order as manager: no negative self talk. { but we are still allowed to make fun of each other. which is perfect cus us sisters are slightly unhinged over here at pictus!! but we have so much fun together don’t u even worry!!!!! }
