This is what great collaboration looks like at this stage of a build.

This morning was about drapery — a floor-to-ceiling track on that window, and a conversation with the workroom about how best to handle it before anything goes into production. Where it lands, how the fabric stacks, how it sits alongside stone at that height. Twenty minutes standing in the room settled things that could have gone back and forth over email forever.

The lighting control is already in and set, so once the drapery is motorised the natural light and the electric light will move together through the day. A television is still to come onto the stone wall, and the sound in this room will be genuinely lovely.

What the family ends up with is a room that responds to how they live in it. Morning light without the glare. The room softening as the evening comes on. Quiet on a Tuesday, full of people on a Saturday. Everything that makes it possible stays out of sight.

Motorized blinds are a great way to control sunlight and add privacy to a home.

Here’s a great detail for we did for this bedroom space. With a channel built into the window frame, the edges of the fabric are completely sealed and we can have a total blackout effect.

Technology in perfect harmony with elegant design. That’s what we do!

Hiding in plain sight, the artwork in this Dining Room is, in fact, a Samsung Frame TV, installed here for our clients to allow them to display a wide variety of artwork and change it easily to suit their tastes and moods. Stunningly realistic, you can’t even tell it’s a TV until you’re right up close.

Creative solutions, that’s what we do!

For years, our rural and cottage country clients have been unable to get fast, reliable internet. If you’re still on an older/slower/less reliable solution, it’s time to make the move.

Starlink is a great solution, but installation is a DIY process and requires some expertise to get the best results (fastest speeds and the least amount of dropouts/interruptions).

Maybe this is the year you give your rural or cottage property the tech love it deserves. We’ve successfuly installed Starlink for our clients in Georgian Bay, Simcoe, the Muskokas, Kawartha Lakes, and Prince Edward County.

Our service team can take care of everything for you, in time for the 2024 cottage season.

Nothing left to chance on this project. Every detail is carefully curated.

Our motorized blinds are recessed up into the wood ceiling detail - when the blinds are fully up, it’s as though they aren’t even there and all you’re left with is a stunning view.

We also integrated a high performance speaker solution into the space, including subwoofers for true full range performance. Whether for relaxation or a rip roaring party, this sound in this space is incredble.

But where are the speakers, you ask? They’re so well hidden they’re practically invisible.

Technology perfectly integrated into the design. That’s what we do.

A most heartfelt thank you to our clients and business partners who helped us make 2023 a record year! (and kept us so busy we barely posted on Instagram!)

Starlink is an incredible technology that has allowed our rural and cottage country clients to get fast, reliable internet. With the current promo, if you're still on an older/slower/less reliable solution, it's time to make the move.

The folks at Starlink will ship you a (now nicely discounted) box of stuff to get you running...but installation is a DIY process. Unless of course, you ask us to help! We've successfuly installed Starlink for our clients in Georgian Bay, Simcoe, the Muskokas, Kawartha Lakes, and Prince Edward County.

Maybe this is the year you give your rural or cottage property the tech love it deserves...and Starlink internet is a great place to start.

Our service team can take care of everything for you.
