Here's what I'd add to your home this fall 🍂

The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer, so this is the moment to make your space feel warm, rich and a little bit glamorous. Here's some inspiration from our client's condo that you can take into your own home this season:

• Deep, rich plums and burgundies: Think velvet. It's moody, luxe and so inviting.

�• Cozy throws: Layer them over sofas and chairs for instant comfort.

�• Natural wood and brown tones: Carry them throughout the home for warmth and grounding.

�• Accent lighting: As the days get darker, lamps and sconces light the space and add a touch of glamour.

�• Warm peach in your pillows: Just a little goes a long way. It works for fall and carries into spring.

�• Texture in your fabrics: Mix bouclé, velvet, knit and linen so the space feels layered, not flat.

Save vs. Splurge: Fall Décor Edition 🍂

This morning I had the pleasure of speaking on breakfasttelevision about one of my favourite fall questions: where can you save, and where can you splurge?

Cooler weather makes us want to get comfortable at home, but you don’t need to spend a fortune to get that cozy, layered feeling. It’s all about knowing where it matters most to you.

Who says bathrooms can't be colourful? 🛁

We're sharing a first look at three bathroom vision boards for our latest model home, thoughtfully curated by our lead interior designer, Gintare.

In the primary ensuite, warm stone and brass finishes meet a beautifully executed double bullnose countertop. The powder room goes bold with rich plum, colour-drenched walls and traditional mouldings. And in the guest bathroom, shades of blue, mosaic tile and black hardware create a completely different mood.

We had so much fun designing this home for Hallett Homes . Each space has its own personality, yet they all come together as one cohesive look. It's all about finding the right balance!

Model home setup, behind-the-scenes 🛋️

Our team was on site this week setting up a model home for Hallett Homes, and we’re excited to share a peek!

This home is colour forward in the best way. Warm tones on the walls, colour and pattern in tile, and texture throughout, from the floors to the ceilings to the backsplash. Add in some funky art and mosaic tile details, and you get a space that feels personal and fun without ever feeling overbearing.

From concept to completion, we’re there every step of the way for our clients, making sure the final look comes together beautifully and just as imagined.

A City Retreat, Ready Before the Season Ends 🍂

We’re excited to share our client’s finished downtown Toronto patio renovation, in collaboration with byPATH: Landscape Architecture Inc. and installation by Whitby Shores Landscaping Whitby Shores Landscaping LTD patio with dated finishes and overgrown landscaping that blocked the light and view - is now a calm, considered space built entirely around how our clients live. Warm neutrals, layered blues, porcelain tile, and a sleek white pergola echo the palette already inside the home, so indoors and outdoors feel like one space.

Good outdoor design isn’t just beautiful, it’s personal.

Evenings are cooler now, but there’s still plenty of good weather left to enjoy your patio!
