☑️Very durable - highly resistant to heat and water
☑️UV resistant - good if kitchen gets lots of sunlight
☑️Unique colour - variations of earthy tones which makes it great for minimalist style kitchens
☑️Gives you the marble look at a lower price
☑️Low maintenance once sealed

Cons:
🚫Prone to scratches
🚫More expensive than most other stones
🚫Porous and will need to be sealed
🚫Difficult to install
