The project focused on preserving the character of the original concrete structure while introducing custom walnut millwork, layered lighting, smoked glass, stone, and integrated architectural detailing throughout the space.
Rather than overpowering the apartment, the design was intended to feel quiet, grounded, and deeply connected to the material palette.

We transformed this space into a masculine, cozy retreat layered with deep tones, contemporary finishes, and a refined boutique hotel aesthetic. Every detail was designed with intention — creating a home that feels elevated, organized, and effortlessly livable without compromising warmth or atmosphere.

When we cannot find the right pieces for our designs, we create and craft bespoke items. This outdoor coffee table was made for our rooftop terrace project using the most durable Dekton - a man-made material that can withstand harsh Canadian winter weather and hot, sunny summers. It provided us with a beautiful texture and allowed for customization, enabling us to get the right size and proportion for the space we envisioned. 👌
What started as an old, tired, and mostly unused space became a cozy, welcoming terrace and quickly turned into the building’s favorite place to gather. A good reminder of how thoughtful design can completely change how a space is used and enjoyed. 🙌
