Twenty years of design, captured in less than a minute.
Looking back at these moments feels a little surreal. Awards, publications, ceremonies, emails I had to read twice, and the excitement of seeing my work recognized beyond the homes and spaces it was originally created for.
But what I remember most isn’t the trophy or the publication. It’s everything that came before it: the ideas that didn’t work, the drawings revised late at night, the details reconsidered again and again, the trust of my clients, and the years spent slowly developing my own point of view as a designer.
I’m deeply grateful for every recognition along the way, from international design awards to having my work selected for publication. Each one became a small marker in a much longer journey.
Twenty years later, I’m still curious, still learning, and still excited when a new project begins with an empty page.
If you’ve been building something for years, what achievement has meant the most to you?
