A closer look at three fixtures from the VISO collection. ✨

The Linea: fluted glass wrapped around a sleek metal spine, with dimmable LED warmth built in. A wall sconce that feels equally at home in a quiet residence or a hospitality space.

The Briggs: a champagne-plated finish meets a frosted acrylic diffuser, in geometric pendant configurations you can shape to the room.

The Bolio: a half-reflective globe in high-quality polycarbonate, finished with chrome detailing that catches the light from every angle.

In this Upper West Side lobby, the ceiling does the talking. One hundred clusters of softly glowing globes float overhead like clouds caught mid-drift, a weightless counterpoint to the building's industrial bones.

No harsh edge. No visible seam. No light leakage.

Just a slow, even glow that turns a passage into a pause. This is what we mean when we say light is architecture, not afterthought.

Where inspiration becomes light.

A drape of fabric. The shift of a colour in changing daylight. Inspiration arrives in fragments, and our work is to give those fragments form, glow, and permanence.

Every fixture VISO design-engineers begins as something intangible: a reference, a feeling, a moment a designer couldn't stop thinking about. From there, it becomes hand-blown glass, hand-finished metal, a sculptural presence in a room.

That soft, textile glow. ✨

For Mimi & Olia, VISO was approached to solve one of decorative lighting's quieter challenges: how to engineer fabric into a fixture without losing the warmth that makes textile worth using in the first place.

The answer wasn't a single material. It was a balance of diffusion, density, and custom internal engineering, calibrated until the light moved through the fabric the way it should.

The fixtures don't ask for attention. They give the room its atmosphere.

VISO is currently design-engineering a custom art rail installation for the New York Stock Exchange, a project that meets one of the most iconic architectural settings in the world with the precision and restraint it demands.

These early renderings explore form, proportion, and the way light traces the length of a corridor. Every angle is studied. Every detail is intentional.

Translating heritage architecture into a contemporary lighting moment requires equal parts reverence and innovation.

A room doesn't accidentally feel warm. It doesn't accidentally invite you to stay for another round. Every honey-toned shadow at Amsterdam Brewery, every glint of amber across the bar, was engineered to land exactly where it does.

That's the quiet work of bespoke lighting and the reason the glow lingers.

At Montecito, lighting becomes part of the architectural rhythm of the space, quiet in presence, yet transformative in experience.

Designed in collaboration with MackayWong, the installation balances sculptural form with atmospheric glow, creating moments of warmth, intimacy, and visual continuity throughout the environment. Each fixture was carefully considered to complement the scale, flow, and emotional cadence of the interior.

There's something about the way the sun sets over Capri, sparkles paint the sea in Ibiza, and glances off the limestone cliffs of the Algarve, each city has its own glow, its own atmosphere, its own way of holding the light. We started thinking about what would happen if you translated that feeling into a fixture.
