Celebrating small wins.
As my bathroom develops, piece by piece, it’s nice to acknowledge the transformation for how it makes me feel. Hopeful, grateful and inspired for a future that includes a fresh perspective.

Concrete walls, floor, shower calm my spirit while green is the essence of life, at least mine.

Bring in the brick!
This is the wall over the future bathroom sink. I think it’s beautiful.... hasn’t seen the light of day for over 100 years.
Stay tuned to see the treatment it will receive to bring it into harmony with the rest of the elements.

Score!! swivel chair circa 2005.
Exactly the perfect chair the balance the seating in Mom’s living room. Views of the city and an afternoon bathed in sunlight. The perfect chair is one of the most gratifying pieces in any room. Do you agree?

Red carpet!!
All jobs should be as well protected as this one. I love working with trades who treat their job sites as their home.
AND ... can you spot the new Parallel Strand Lumber PSL beam spanning the house and picking up the stair load that was compromised.
Putting your home back in proper shape is a joy i never tire of!
