🚚 LOOKING FOR RELIABLE DRIVERS ACROSS BC & ALBERTA 🚚

One of the biggest challenges I face is that many of my customers are located hours away. I regularly hear:

👉 “I’d buy it if I could get it here.”
👉 “The shipping costs more than the item.”

So I’m curious…

How many people already travel throughout BC and Alberta and might be interested in earning extra income transporting unique items on trips they’re already making?

Items could include:

🪑 Furniture
🪞 Mirrors
🖼️ Artwork
🪟 Stained Glass
🚪 Doors
🏠 Architectural Salvage
📦 Vintage & Antique Items

Interested?

Send me:

✔️ Your location
✔️ Areas you regularly travel
✔️ Vehicle type
✔️ How often you make the trip
✔️ Whether you’d be comfortable transporting larger or fragile items

💡 I’d also love to hear any ideas you have. What would make a network like this useful to you?

At this stage I’m simply gathering information and exploring demand.

Please feel free to tag anyone who might be interested! 👇

✨🪑 A little reminder that sometimes the best pieces aren't the ones that look perfect on day one.

🇬🇧 This English oak buffet/hutch is a great example. Built in England in the 1930s–40s, it's already a solid, character-filled piece with beautiful carving, incredible craftsmanship, and tons of storage. 🤎

But with a bit of vision... 👀✨ it could become something completely different.

🎨 I spent time digitally exploring some possibilities—from moody distressed black 🖤 and rustic navy 💙 to sage greens 🌿, terracotta tones 🏺, buttery creams 🧈, and mustard yellows 🌞.

Same cabinet. Completely different personalities. 😍

The point isn't that it needs paint. Personally, I think the original oak has plenty going for it. 🤎 The point is showing the potential that's hiding inside a well-built vintage piece. 🪄✨

And that's why I love old furniture. ❤️

When something is this solidly made, you're not just buying what it is today—you're buying what it could become. 🌱🏡

💥 Currently on sale for $695. For a 1930s–40s English oak piece of this quality and craftsmanship, I think it's tremendous value. The best part is that it works just as well for someone who loves original oak as it does for someone with a vision for something completely different.

🌾 Sometimes the best pieces are the ones that don't fit neatly into a category.

This charming old cupboard likely started life in a farmhouse, serving as a pantry, linen cupboard, or general storage cabinet long before modern built-ins became the norm. Today, its slim profile makes it just as useful—whether tucked into a kitchen, bathroom, mudroom, or entryway.

The warm honey-toned wood, aged brass hardware, and decades of honest wear give it the kind of character that's impossible to replicate.

A practical piece with a great story and another century of life left in it. ✨

There’s something about a well-designed dresser that never goes out of style. ✨

This mid-century modern walnut lowboy just arrived and checks all the boxes—clean lines, sculpted drawer pulls, tapered legs, and plenty of storage. The matching tallboy is also available, and I’ve included a few photos of the pair together for anyone looking to furnish an entire bedroom.

🍒❤️ CHROME, CRACKED ICE & PURE 1950s CHARM ❤️🍒

This little dinette set stopped me in my tracks.

Bright red cracked-ice laminate, gleaming chrome trim, tubular steel legs, and that classic drop-leaf design that made post-war kitchens so iconic. It feels like something straight out of a vintage diner or grandma’s kitchen.

The table is in remarkably nice condition for its age, with both drop leaves working smoothly. The chairs still retain their original Acme Chrome Furniture labels and have loads of character. The vinyl has seen some life and could be replaced if desired, but even as-is they tell the story of a piece that has survived generations.

📏 Table Dimensions
• 38” wide (leaves up)
• 17.5” wide (leaves down)
• 29.75” deep
• 29.5” tall

Perfect for:
🏡 Small kitchens
🚐 Vintage trailers
☕ Breakfast nooks
🎲 Games rooms
🍔 Retro diner-inspired spaces

These colourful chrome dinettes are getting harder to find, especially in red. Whether you leave it exactly as it is or give the chairs fresh vinyl, it’s a piece that instantly brings personality to a room.

✨ These chairs stopped me in my tracks the moment I saw them in person.

Made in Denmark and featuring beautifully woven sinew seats, this set includes four side chairs and two matching armchairs. At first glance they appear black, but in the right light a rich deep green emerges, giving them a depth and character that’s difficult to capture in photos.

The combination of the sculptural ladder-back design, handwoven seats, and subtle green finish creates a look that feels equally at home in a Scandinavian, modern farmhouse, cottage, or eclectic interior.

🪑 2 Armchairs
• 21” wide
• 21” deep
• 17” seat height
• 24” arm height
• 38.75” overall height

🪑 4 Side Chairs
• 17.25” wide
• 16” deep
• 17” seat height
• 38.75” overall height

🇩🇰 Made in Denmark
🌾 Woven sinew seats
💚 Deep green finish that shifts with the light

It’s not often a complete Danish set with matching armchairs survives together, and this one has a warmth and presence that’s hard to find in newer furniture.

✨ Mid-Century Display Cabinet ✨

Sometimes the best vintage pieces aren't solid wood—they're the pieces that perfectly capture an era.

This mid-century display cabinet features a rich walnut-look arborite finish, etched sliding glass doors, tapered legs, brass hardware, and loads of display and storage space. The dramatic grain pattern, floral etched glass, and clean lines give it that unmistakable 1960s vibe.

The upper hutch makes a fantastic display space for glassware, pottery, cookbooks, or collectibles, while the lower cabinet keeps everyday items tucked neatly away.

📏 53.75" wide
📏 17.25" deep
📏 35.5" buffet height
📏 65" total height

A perfect piece for a kitchen, dining room, coffee bar, or vintage-inspired living space.

Who else appreciates these wonderfully retro arborite pieces?
