Kay Ceramics Ceramics inspired by the West Coast of Vancouver Island I moved to the West Coast of Vancouver Island as a young woman.

Working deep in the forests along the northwestern tip. I was completely in awe of the beauty of the ocean, animals and trees. I have always had a passion for nature and strive to participate with the flora and fauna around me. Over the last decade I have practiced with textiles, culinary arts, foraging and growing. Inspired by the culinary community on the Coast, it was natural to develop a pass

ion for pottery and tableware. My focus is on expressing the environment around me through organic shapes and colour. The beauty of the coast and its harvest comes together. -K
