Spring is in the air! 🌱 The transition of seasons is an opportunity to hit ‘refresh’ – a chance to evaluate our routines and how we interact with our space.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to ask yourself some questions: what do treasure about your home? Where are you most happy?

A special note: we’re saying goodbye to the CAMBIE blanket, for now. 💛

Over the past few years, we have shared with you the many different updates coming from Peru, where the CAMBIE blankets are made. CAMBIE is evolving as Peru continues to face various challenges, including supply shortages and political unrest. With a heavy heart, we are announcing that our production of CAMBIE blankets has come to an end for the foreseeable future.

What does that mean?
We will no longer be releasing new collections of CAMBIE blankets and what you currently see on our online shop is what we have left. If you have been eyeing a specific colour, this is your chance to bring one home. As you know, these make lovely gifts for all of life’s occasions including a few coming up, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. We encourage you to pick any up now before they disappear!

What does the future hold?
CAMBIE will continue to intentionally curate beautiful and functional objects for your home, including vintage pieces and items made in Canada. Recently, I have been working on interior decorating and styling projects, and I encourage you to follow along if you are looking for interior styling services, in addition to our retail offerings. CAMBIE is evolving and I look forward to sharing more as this next chapter unfolds.

I am very grateful for your support over the past 10 years, especially during this time of transition. I run CAMBIE independently and love this business I have created, particularly the community that surrounds it. With my family connection to Peru, I will say that I am not ready to let go of the CAMBIE blanket and feel optimistic that I will be able to make them again .If we have the opportunity to bring back the blanket, we will! But for now, we say our sweet goodbyes.

With love and gratitude,

Camille
