I was so excited to finally get my hands on some Kroehler furniture! Made in Canada 🇨🇦 these pieces are beautifully constructed however, this pair had been passed down and beat up by different owners. After lots of sanding, repair and paint these beauties have a fresh new modern look! 🤎

Check out this stunning newly refinished piece painted in a faux linen look with a beautiful shade called Putty by Fusion Mineral Paint.

This piece offers a tremendous amount of storage with 9 smooth sliding drawers featuring new gold drawer pulls and beautiful modern lining in the drawers.

This piece also features a natural wood top and 6 drawers, that have been paint-washed and sealed with a matte polyurethane for added strength and durability.

I’ve seen so many faux grasscloth furniture refinishes from name brand furniture and fellow flippers alike. I just had to try it! I’m in love with this piece 🤍✨

I sanded down the top of the dresser as well as the 6 drawers inside and gave them a wash of in the colour Putty. The faux linen technique was in the same colour over a white base. Original hardware given a refresh with metallic in Gold and they are shining ✨ This piece was finished with some modern paper in the drawers from .

This piece can be styled in so many ways-you have to see how beautiful it is in the sun ☀️ Warm and neutral, my favourite flip to date!

I was really eager to get this buffet posted. Unfortunately I took the first batch of photos at night under harsh artificial lights. The buffet ended up looking a little yellow in all of the photos 🫣 This doesn’t give an accurate representation of the piece or show the beauty of the true colour. You especially want customers to be able to see exactly what the piece looks like before they buy!

Just look at the difference! Thid batch was taken in natural daylight. I’m obsessed with this colour 🥰
