For us, sustainability starts with taking responsibility for the messier parts of making. Our products begin with plant-based raw material, but recycling is what truly sets our process apart.⁣
⁣
We collect production byproducts and work with Alberni Maker Space, where they can be turned into new products and help fund community programs.⁣
⁣
We even send our material spools to our friends at Matter 3D for re-use.⁣
⁣

is a beautiful example of thoughtful independent retail. Their Victoria shop brings together houseplants, ceramics, accessories, gifts, and design focused objects in a way that feels calm, cohesive, and easy to shop.

VI Plant Shop has been stocking Conifer since 2021, with a large, colourful display that shows the range of our planter collection. They also do a fantastic job helping customers understand what makes our pieces different, from how they are designed and made in Vancouver to the matte plant based composite we use.

From the lush plant styling to the considered product mix, their space shows how strong merchandising and customer education can make a collection feel even more meaningful.
