Introducing the newest blend to the Gaia family - awake 🌞

With natural caffeine from the roasted Yerba mate, this delectable blend includes cinnamon and cocoa nibs for a tasty, sugar-free way to put a pep in your step without turning to coffee and sugar. 🌸 Spring is springing on the West Coast, and there’s a collective sigh of relief when the sun is out, from all people, plants and animals 😅

We made it through another winter, and the birds are singing, the people are out and about and the plants are popping 🌱

This is my favourite season on the coast 💚💙

2. Flowering kale after overwintering, and providing us nourishing greens even in the middle of winter. I’ll let these flower out and then collect seeds.

I’ve been playing with Yerba Mate to try and come up with a caffeinated tea that can replace coffee for me in the mornings. This yummy blend has Yerba Mate, cocoa nibs, cinnamon, ashwagandha and damiana, resulting in a super tasty breakfast/daytime tea with toasted chocolate flavours. The ingredients are chosen to help stimulate the mind, digestive system and help boost energy and mood, without the caffeine crash that comes along with coffee. It’s been working well for me so far, and I’m excited to make a bigger batch soon!

All organic ingredients, and foraged or grown locally when possible, these are great stocking-stuffers or small gifts. It’s starting to smell like Christmas over here…. 🎄
Introducing a special holiday blend with warm notes of cinnamon, cloves, orange peel and foraged fir needles. The tea also turns red once brewed for that true holiday spirit ✨
The scent reminds me of putting up the Christmas tree with my family, which are memories I will always hold close, especially while living so far away.

Fall has always been an inspiring time for me, and the changing of the seasons comes with renewed sense of self and purpose. Excited to share some tasty new blends, inspired by the beauty and depth of Vancouver Island, at the on Dec 10. Still playing with labels and printers (oh, printers..) but the tea blends are 👌🏼😋 I’ll be posting more on Gaia’s offerings in the next few weeks - stay tuned! 🌲💕
