A little bathroom, a very big transformation✨

We wanted this space to feel less like an everyday bathroom and more like a private retreat. Rich stone, warm wood tones, frameless glass, matte black fixtures, and layered lighting completely changed the mood.

The darker finishes bring drama, while the natural light and softer textures keep everything feeling calm and balanced.

Proof that you don’t need a huge footprint to create a bathroom that feels luxurious. 🤍

Staging an Arthur Erickson home is a privilege.

We wanted every choice to feel considered, from the furniture to the smallest objects on the shelves. The woodwork and architectural lines are the heart of this home; the staging brings warmth and a sense of how it could be lived in.

It’s a beautiful balance of design history and everyday life.

It’s all about the details. ✨

The details that make a home beautiful, but also the ones that make it work.

For this project, we leaned into a West Coast modern aesthetic with warm wood tones, natural materials, soft contemporary finishes, and just a hint of farmhouse character.

But look a little closer.

The thoughtful storage. The mix of textures. The way materials connect from one space to the next. The small design decisions that bring personality without sacrificing function.

Because a beautiful home catches your eye.

A little look back before we look forward. ✨

Last year, IDS Vancouver reminded us why we love this design community so much. The materials, the ideas, the craftsmanship, yes, but even more than that, the conversations and the people behind them.

This September, we’re coming back to IDS Vancouver in a very different way.

Meme will be moderating Restoration Over Rebuild: Preserving Design, Reducing Impact on the West Coast, a conversation about something we care deeply about: how we can preserve what already has value, thoughtfully adapt existing homes, and design for the way we live now without erasing what came before.

Joining Meme will be Steve Gairns, Laura Carey, and Glyn Lewis, bringing together perspectives on architecture, heritage, restoration, sustainability, and the future of West Coast homes.
