It is always rewarding to collaborate and work alongside new city and professional partnerships when working outside of the Lower Mainland. Navigating a balance between on site and remote contract administration generates a heightened sense of trust with the GC and their trades on the ground!!

Lighting is one of the most critical design elements in a space. Whether providing general illumination, decorative impact, safety, or operational communication. In this 'lights off/lights on' side-by-side comparison you can see how the right light fixture and application act as a visual cue to indicate when this private space is in use or occupied—a critical functional detail for our client in this downtown Toronto build-out.

Architectural materials and finishes impact both the aesthetic and the overall longevity of an interior space. Materials should be selected carefully to fulfill both of these functions. This finish palette was developed for one of our educational clients, and they haven't shied away from a little colour or texture. The finished environment will result in an energetic, fun, and durable space suitable for a busy campus!

The City of Surrey gained a valuable resource with the completion of the brand new UBC School of Nursing campus at City Center 1. The spaces include a skills lab to support hands-on learning and a shared lounge space for students and faculty to enjoy collectively. The design embraces simplicity with its soft colors and neutral tones, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
