Calm, layered, and a little bit storied.

This bedroom started with the rug, an antique Persian from LA, everything else followed its lead.
Crisp shiplap and paneling keep things soft but bring in a soft texture, so the textiles can do the talking. Shibori, stripes and medallions, we mixed it all.
The cane bed and woven chair add another type of texture, with a warmth and naturalness to them that suits this cozy cabin.

A dining room made for long dinners, second pours, and the kind of conversation that runs well past dessert.

We let the room’s quiet, moody palette do the heavy lifting. A black wood wall, a custom plum lacquered sideboard with elegant brass legs and base, and a dramatic textured clay top table that keeps everyone facing each other through all the courses.

A farmhouse sink anchors the room, giving a peek into the tranquil garden beyond; while behind, a leather bench and personalized hooks bring quiet order to the daily choreography of coming and going.
