Je suis tellement fière de cette belle pieuvre! J’avais peur de mal placer les yeux en plastique (qui ne s’enlèvent pas une fois posés), alors j’ai décidé de les broder. Et je ne regrette RIEN! Elle est tellement belle!

Celle-ci n’est d'ailleurs pas à vendre, parce que je capote ben trop dessus, mais je travaille déjà sur sa jumelle pour mon prochain marché!

This is probably the make I’m most proud of. I was genuinely intimidated by this big Anchor octopus and kept putting off the final assembly for ages, mainly because I was scared I would place the safety eyes wrong. 😅 That’s why I ended up embroidering them instead.

In hindsight, I wish I had just gone for it sooner, but I am so happy with how it turned out!

This one is staying with me because I love it too much, but I am already working on its twin for my upcoming market and a couple more are on the way. I just love making the legs on repeat. IYKYK!

Novie 🥹✨ J’avais tellement hâte que ce patron-là sorte! Et au-delà du niveau de cuteness presque indécent, je suis complètement soufflée par la construction du patron lui-même. Celle du bec en particulier est tellement ingénieuse que je me suis littéralement surprise à dire « wow » à voix haute!

C’était la première fois que je réalisais un patron de , mais ce sera certainement pas la dernière. 💛

Novie 🥹✨ I was so excited for this pattern release yesterday, and somehow it’s even better than I imagined! I still can’t believe it's completely no-sew. I literally said “wow” out loud when I got to the beak. The construction is pure genius and honestly left me in awe.

Un petit love bug! 🥹💕

Je pars en voyage pour 15 jours la semaine prochaine (je vous en reparle bientôt 👀) et j’ai un marché juste après mon retour, donc j’essaie de trouver l’équilibre entre crocheter ce qui me tente et crocheter un maximum de trucs!

Je vous cacherai pas que j’ai déjà un pas pire inventaire parce que j’ai pas chômé depuis mon dernier marché... de Noël!

Mais ce petit love bug de me fait trop craquer et ça fera une belle nouveauté pour mon bac à 10$ et moins dont les enfants raffolent toujours. 🫶🏼

How cuuuute is this love bug?! 🥹💕

I’m leaving for a super exciting 15-day trip next week (more on that later 👀) and have a market right after I get back, so I’ve been balancing “crochet whatever feels fun” with “market prep mode activated”!

Thankfully, it’s not a huge event. I was a vendor there last year, so I know what to expect, and I already have lots of inventory since I haven’t done a market since Christmas.

But this adorable little love bug from felt like the perfect small make to add to my $10-and-under bin that kids always go for.

J’ai reçu une belle commande hier! Un beau hibou turquoise pour une classe de maternelle 🦉💙

C'était pas facile de choisir un patron, il y en a tellement des beaux en ligne, mais je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix!

J'ai évidemment pris le temps de m'assurer que j'achetais le patron de la vraie designer, parce que c'est rendu fou le nombre de vendeurs louches qui s'approprient les patrons des vrais créateurs... 😩

Bref, j’ai fait ce petit hibou dodu qui fera assurément le bonheur des élèves dans leur belle classe aux murs turquoise, évidemment! ✨

Got a fun order yesterday! Someone asked for a turquoise owl for their kindergarten class 🦉🩵

There are honestly so many gorgeous owl patterns out there that choosing one was the hardest part (can you believe I didn’t have a single one yet?!).

And then came the mission of making sure I was actually buying it from the real designer because wow… there are so many stolen patterns and sketchy sellers lately on a certain platform. What's going on?? 😩

Anyway, I made this chubby little owl and now I think I’m in love! And I got to discover a new designer with great patterns, which is a double win. ✨
