Built in 1975 and left damaged and unfinished, this Tottenham property has been frozen in time for decades. The layout is dysfunctional, the flow is broken, and nothing about it supports the life the owners want to build. They asked for a complete transformation to turn it into their forever home, and that means stripping it back to the bones and redesigning the entire plan.

We are rebuilding the layout, rethinking circulation, and creating a space that finally makes sense for real living. Stay tuned for the full process of this major renovation.

This custom laundry room was designed inch by inch to eliminate clutter and wasted movement, with hidden storage, built-in cabinetry, a concealed laundry chute, a sliding drying rack, and a fold-down ironing table.

This is not a mudroom. It is a control centre for daily chaos. Every inch was designed around real life, not Pinterest fantasy. Ventilated shoe racks for everyday wear so odour and moisture do not win. Dedicated storage for daily jackets and bags so nothing ends up on the floor. Deep boot cubbies and extra compartments for seasonal and occasional gear that usually clutter the entry. A bench that actually works, a mirror where you need it, a key drawer that stops the morning hunt, and a compact mantle for the small things that always get lost. home gym should not feel like a punishment zone. This one is designed to feel inviting, safe, and mentally restorative so it actually gets used.

Built for the whole family, this basement gym supports strength, focus, and recovery in one space. Mirrored walls amplify natural light and remove the closed-in feeling. Soft blue tones regulate the mind and breathing. Impact-safe flooring protects the body when balance is tested. A French glass door lowers resistance and subtly invites daily movement. A compact refreshment bar completes the ritual, not the workout.

This is what happens when design supports behavior.
Homes should make healthy routines easier, not harder.

Most bedrooms fail before the furniture even arrives.
This bedroom did not need more space. It needed better thinking.
When walls are limited, function has to be designed, not wished for. Custom millwork creates storage where none existed and defines a precise location for the TV without breaking the visual calm. Nothing feels forced because every element earns its place.
This is what happens when design solves constraints instead of decorating around them.
If your bedroom feels impossible to plan, it is not a space problem. It is a design problem.
