YA company has appeared in Canada, where the timeless tradition of the Arts and Crafts movement are strong, and still have not lost its relevance for a century and a half. In the era of neural networks and ever deeper immersion in virtual and digital technologies, YA is unique (even on a global scale), and literally can broadcast these ideas in the form of material objects to our real, physical world. The company celebrated 2023 by developing its own line of furniture and household products under its new YA brand – as bright and expressive as the objects created by the manufacturer. We’re honoured to present The Tree of Cinema, a new monumental public installation created exclusively for TIFF TIFF ’26 by Alina.tacmelova.art Alina Tacmelova and Yury Goncharov Yury Goncharov.

The work explores cinema as a living archive of collective memory.

Its steel trunk represents the structural and technological foundations of filmmaking. Rising above it, a canopy of flowing film strips brings together iconic moments from cinematic history with photographs of audiences watching, gathering, laughing, and reflecting.

For us, cinema does not end when a film is completed. It continues through the people who experience it, remember it, discuss it, and carry it forward.

By placing audiences alongside images from film history, The Tree of Cinema suggests that viewers are not simply spectators, but an essential part of cinema’s living legacy. Every encounter adds another layer to an ever-growing collective archive of memory, storytelling, and shared experience.

We are deeply honoured to create this work for TIFF and to see it become part of the public life of the festival.

Introducing Vis Leyden, a new sculptural interior piece by Yury Goncharov

Its name combines the Latin word vis — strength, energy, inner power — with Leiden, the Dutch city where the Leyden jar, the first device capable of storing electrical energy, was invented.

The form captures energy at its point of maximum concentration — compressed within the object, waiting to be released.

Its metallic surface references the construction of the Leyden jar, while scattered metal particles appear like sparks of static electricity escaping through the form.

More than a chair, Vis Leyden is a sculpture of potential, tension, and transformation.

An object that does not simply occupy space.

It holds energy.

MStudio meets Salone.

During Milan Design Week, from April 22 to April 26, .37 presents an exhibition worth experiencing.

The space, hosted by Laboratorio by , brings together 11 designers, including Yury Goncharov, who presents his Alta Metallic Mota armchair. The project is developed in collaboration with Ricardo Benedini and , creating a hybrid environment where design, space, and experimentation intersect.

The exhibition opens with a one-night event:
