𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢 𝗣𝗜Ñ𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗗𝗔 𝗦𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗛 at Costco Canada 🇨🇦

Okay wait… this accidentally turned into the creamiest mango ice cream texture ever…

I blended the 𝗖𝗵𝗮’𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 (𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝟭𝟰𝟱𝟳𝟴𝟰𝟱) with the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 (𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝟰𝟮𝟱𝟰𝟴𝟳) and I’m not even exaggerating… it 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝟮 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲. Thick, creamy, smooth, refreshing, and honestly good enough to eat straight out of the blender.

But I wanted more of a tropical piña colada vibe so I added the 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝟱𝟱𝟱𝟮𝟯𝟲𝟵) and then finished it with 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝟭𝟯𝟵𝟰𝟮𝟬𝟭) because it was SO thick at that point 😂

The final result was creamy, tropical, super refreshing, and tasted like something from a beach smoothie bar.

𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗟𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗦 by Lamontagne at Costco Canada 🇨🇦

These dry roasted almonds are layered in milk chocolate and white confectionery with 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 + 𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 flavours. Sweet, creamy, crunchy, nostalgic… like those classic ice cream tubs from childhood but in almond form.

And honestly, one thing I really appreciate is that 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝘆𝗲𝘀. BLUE DIAMOND 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗦 at Costco Canada 🇨🇦

These are the kind of almonds that are dangerous to keep in the house because once you open the bag, it’s game over. 😂 The smoky seasoning has that perfect salty, savoury BBQ-style flavour without being overpowering, and the crunch is unreal.

The 1.1 kg bag is HUGE, so it actually feels worth stocking up when you compare grocery store pricing. Perfect for road trips, movie nights, work snacks, or just randomly grabbing handfuls all day long.

Current in-store Costco Canada price as of May 2026 is $21.49 for the massive 1.1 kg bag.

PROTEIN BAR VARIETY PACK by IQBAR at Costco 🇨🇦

👉🏻 I always want to support companies trying to do better with cleaner ingredients, higher protein, lower sugar, and better-for-you snack options… but 𝗜’𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 and this one was just not it for me.

These bars are vegan, gluten free, keto-friendly, dairy free, soy free, kosher, made with clean ingredients, and each bar has 12 g plant-based protein, 9 g fibre, and only 1 g sugar. They also include ingredients like Lion’s Mane, MCTs, and Vitamin E which honestly sounded super promising.

Flavours in the box:

• Chocolate Sea Salt
• Almond Butter Chip

But personally… I really, really disliked these.

To me they 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗽𝗲𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝘆, 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. I kept trying to like them because the nutrition profile actually looks great on paper, but I just could not get past the texture and taste.

If you love dense plant protein bars maybe you might enjoy these more than I did, but for me this was one of the hardest protein bars to finish.

Forget the shopping list. Forget meal prep. Forget budgeting.

The REAL Costco hack is finding the squeakiest cart in the entire warehouse. 💀🛒

I swear every single person kept turning around from aisles away trying to figure out what that sound was 🤪

People were laughing, staring, jumping, making comments… I literally ended up striking up conversations because 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗲. 😂

Honestly one of the funniest Costco shopping trips I’ve ever had and somehow it made my Saturday morning grocery shopping way more entertaining than it should’ve been.

If your Costco cart doesn’t sound like a haunted grocery store shopping experience… did you even go to Costco Canada? 🤣

👉🏻 Finally found a sparkling drink I genuinely love… and somehow my family does NOT 😂 Which honestly works out perfectly because I don’t have to hide it from my teenagers.

These are light, refreshing, not overly sweet, and made with real juice. Love that they’re Non-GMO, vegan, and made without artificial flavours or colours. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.

These are honestly SO adorable. 🧁💕🍫

These are actually solid milk chocolate pralines shaped like decorated cupcakes — not soft baked pastries — and they look so fancy and gift-worthy.

Each one is filled with creamy ganache and comes in assorted flavours. The outside shell has that rich milk chocolate taste and the centre is smooth, sweet, and creamy.

👉🏻 This cart was definitely giving “we ran out of every snack in the house” energy 😂 Usually I buy way more fruits and vegetables, but this trip was fully dedicated to restocking snacks and treats.

Had to grab my favourite 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮 again because it is SO good. I love putting it over plain rice or on top of toasted bread and it tastes incredibly fresh and delicious every single time.

Also picked up the 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀, great brand and great ingredients Perfect little sweet snack.

Trying out a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗿 too and honestly it looks really promising. Love that it’s based on 𝗽𝗲𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 and doesn’t seem loaded with junk ingredients, so I’m excited to test those out.

The 𝗳𝗶𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝘀 are AMAZING and always one of those snacks that disappear so fast in this house.

And yes… I bought Fruit Loops 😂 But just so you know, 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀 do not contain the strange colourings that people usually talk about online.

On my way out I also grabbed tomato plants because the price was actually so good and I could not leave them behind 🌱
