You know those nights when you feel like going out for dinner, but you don’t actually want to leave the house? And you definitely don’t feel like spending an hour cooking either. 😅

That’s exactly how we were feeling last Friday night, so we made this One-Pot Marry Me Salmon instead—and it was on the table in less than 20 minutes. Salmon simmered in a rich, creamy sauce with subtle tomato notes and finished with fresh baby spinach. Save this for your next date night.

✨ Ready in less than 20 minutes

You’ll need:
• 1 lb (450g) salmon fillets
• 1 cup half & half cream (10%)
• ½ cup water
• 2 cups baby spinach
• Marry Me Chicken seasoning

Directions:

1. Whisk together the seasoning, cream, and water.
2. Sear salmon in a large sauté pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
3. Add the cream mixture, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.

Serve over pasta, rice, grains, or mashed potatoes for a meal that tastes like you went out. ❤️
