Meet our zefir 🤍

If you’ve never tried it before, zefir is a delicate, airy confection made with fruit purée, whipped egg whites, and agar. It has a soft marshmallow-like texture, but feels lighter, more elegant, and full of fruit flavour.

We’ll be making our zefir in different flavours, using real fruit and berry purées — from classic apple to raspberry, blackcurrant, passion fruit, and more.

It’s a beautiful little treat for kids, and also for anyone who loves lighter, fruit-based desserts.
