PND Soil & Gravel is looking for full time & part time reliable Class 1 or Class 3 drivers to join our team in Langford.

Wage: $30-40/ Hour

Work includes local deliveries, dump truck hauling, landscape material deliveries, civil job support, and working with our yard and dispatch team.

Experience with dump trucks, truck and pup truck and Quad is a must
Loader & Equipment experience an asset

🌱 Supporting the next generation of growers

We recently had the opportunity to donate garden soil to John Stubbs Elementary to help with their school garden project.

At PND, we believe kids should learn where their food comes from-not just from a screen, but by getting their hands dirty and being outside. Teaching that connection to soil, food, and nature early on matters.

This isn't the first time we've supported local schools either--we've also helped out with garden spaces at Happy Valley, David Cameron and Belmont, It's something we stand behind.

Looking forward to seeing what they grow hopefully some 🍓 to have with ice cream 🍦

🎄 What a Week for the PND Crew!🎅✨

This past week we’ve been hard at work getting the truck fully decorated and rebuilding our Santa sleigh — with huge thanks to Jason the store manager at the langford Slegg Building Materials and Jason at Cloverdale Paint langford for generously donating materials and our Slinger operator Nolan putting his carpentey skills to the test to help bring the sleigh back to life. 🙌🎁

We proudly participated in our first-ever
✨ Ladysmith Kinsmen Parade as part of the Ladysmith Festival of Lights on Thursday,
and the Peninsula Co-op Santa Claus Parade in Victoria on Saturday.

And we’re not done yet! After a short breather, keep an eye out for us:

In observance of Remembrance Dav, PND Soil & Gravel will be closed on November 11th.

Proud and excited to announce we will be supporting the Meeres Racing teams Modified for there trip from Victoria, BC all the way down to Las Vegas for the Open Wheel Showdown race in early November 2025.
