Today, Roberto’s kitchen was invited to prepare some exclusive entrees for the inauguration of the Studio Gerard Marier of the Radio VM Victoriaville.

Everyone was delighted to taste the incredible mix of flavours.

1) Shrimp ceviche
2) Ravioli with lobster and saffron sauce
3) Salmon mini tarts
4) Braised beef
5) Proscuitto and melon with an infusion of porto
6) Lime mousse

If you want to try the best appetizers, you should try Roberto’s Kitchen.

This time it was:

1) Fresh salmon tartare with an infusion of lime and dill

2) Magret de canard from Quebec (duck breast) with clementine sauce

3) Oyster mushrooms with shrimp cooked in garlic and herbs (ajillo)

4) Scoops with avocado sauce and pork marinated in Mexican pastor sauce

Today, preparing tacos al pastor, a typical Mexican dish which combines delicious flavours.

These tacos are made with pork, a combination of dried peppers and spices, pineapple, onions, coriander, and of course a delicious sauce !!!!!

Today we have created 2 different types of sweet and sour pork ribs, the first one is cherry sauce and the second one is tamarind sauce, these ribs are going to be amazing !!!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋
