This bay window transformation completely refreshed the look of the home. The outdated light-coloured frame and discoloured roof were replaced with a rich commercial brown bay window, finished with a custom brown-capped roof for a clean, coordinated look.

Three back doors. One major transformation. ✨

This home had two older garden doors with decorative grills and a large 3-panel garden door, all of which were making the back of the home feel busier and more dated.

Why did the installer measure my windows again… and why are the numbers different? 🤔

It’s a question homeowners sometimes ask, and no, it doesn’t necessarily mean someone measured incorrectly.

The initial measurement helps us quote and plan the project. The **final measurement is what we use before your custom windows go into production**, taking into account the actual opening, installation method, jambs, exterior finishes, level and square conditions, and other details that can affect the final window size.

At Tricity Windows & Doors, we send an experienced installer to complete the final measure before releasing your windows into production.
