Fresh from the oven, warm and inviting. The debate: glass gable (above the lift and slide) ?

Personally, glass is nice but I don’t think we need 20’ of glass. It’s less cozy in my opinion… then homeowners end up with blinds year round because is too hot.

Don’t get me wrong, with the right product and design is always nice but not a necessity for a house to be beautiful, or for views.

PS: on that note, if the views is the issue, invest your money horizontally. Larger windows, not taller than 10’.

Floor plans approved with only one revision from the first proposal.

Very excited about this project in the beautiful Sunshine Coast and working with Lincoln Construction | Home Builder

Such an amazing experience for the clients. As a designer, I understand space but sometimes the clients will make the wrong decisions and by the time the frame is done is too late.

The most common mistake I see it that things seem smaller on the floor plans. Walking on the floor plans to scale will answer any questions you may have. I was hesitant about the process but it saved us a few meetings and maybe unnecessary revisions.

Now, we’re ready to move on to the exterior design, ish me luck 😅
