And when you look really close, you’ll notice that the wallpaper is hand-stitched, with unexpected threads of chartreuse, blues, and yellows woven through. I love how it brings personality to the space. Organic, imperfect, and unexpected.

With a background in marketing and design, Molly has a natural eye for creating visuals that feel thoughtful, balanced, and true to PURE.

When this family purchased their home, everything felt dark, cold, and a little too heavy for the way they wanted to live. Rather than starting from scratch, we worked with many of the existing elements already in place and focused on bringing warmth, softness, and light back into the home.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Creamy layered neutrals, light oak detailing, venetian plaster, and textured furnishings completely shifted the feeling of the space without needing a full overhaul. The result feels bright, calm, welcoming, and much more reflective of this young family and the life they wanted to create here. 🤍

And I thought… we’re going to get along just fine.

This is a 70’s family home we’ve redesigned, still in construction, but this is where it’s headed…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She’s from Spain. Fun, fearless, loves colour, the kind of person who says yes before overthinking it. He’s very Pacific West Coast… calm, natural, understated, and the home looks out onto the North Shore forest.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So this kitchen became a bit of a blend between the two. That’s how came to life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Patterned tile, soft colour, mixed in with wood and light, and that easy feeling you get being here. Two little ones, a busy house, and a kitchen that’s going to hold all of those magical memory making moments.

Just light.
Material.
