The older I grow, the more I realize that happiness rarely arrives in grand moments.
It lives quietly in the ordinary things we once overlooked.
A peaceful morning. A favorite book. A warm cup of coffee. The loyalty of a true friend. The comfort of being at home with yourself.
For years, I searched for what was missing. Now I spend more time appreciating what is present.
Perhaps that is one of life's greatest gifts—to discover that joy was never hiding somewhere far away.
It was waiting patiently in the simple moments all along.
