Laundry rooms work hard, but that doesn’t mean they need to feel like an afterthought! ⁠

This main floor laundry room renovation includes custom cabinetry to keep everyday essentials organized and out of sight, while a wood and reeded-glass barn door adds character and helps hide the mess without blocking the natural light.⁠

Here’s a first look at our Culinary Collective project. A second renovation project with returning clients (whom we are so grateful for!)⁠

However . . . this project started out with a serious design challenge!⁠
⁠
We had a large structural beam running through the new kitchen space - and it wasn’t even centred! We had to find a way to make the space look balanced and the beam intentional with the design.⁠
⁠
We worked with our contractor and came up with a plan to build up the ceiling with shallower cross beams and lots of beautiful millwork . . . it ended up being one of our favourite features!⁠

This project was designed with the goal of creating a space where a young family could gather effortlessly.⁠
⁠
Following a recent renovation, we layered in the finishing touches across the dining area, sunroom, and family room. Bringing warmth, cohesion, and function to the main living spaces.⁠
⁠
A soft, neutral palette sets the tone, with warm woods, woven textures, and tailored upholstery adding depth and comfort. Sculptural lighting and curated accessories complete each space, balancing everyday livability with a refined, elevated feel.⁠
⁠
The result is a home that feels complete, effortlessly inviting, cohesive, and ready to be lived in.⁠
