The timing of Spring Blooms with weather is an unpredictable gamble. Bless the farmers that take on the challenge. 💗 I paid a visit to our local grower Fox Flowers on Fetters', a bit too late to get enough of a certain bloom I wanted for in a project. Owner and Sweetheart Erica gifted me the few stems she had left, for MYSELF! Flower gals, Lovin' flowers!

Hello friends. ... A wee FYI, ... ( freeing the floral frustration.)

People often ask why I don't post my prices up front, and honestly, it takes a crystal ball! I am shocked and scrambling to keep up with the ever changing price list.

For an example: I've chosen a beautiful, hardy rose for a wedding this summer, ( not a showy expensive garden rose, but a lovely standard rose, ... affordable,) for an upcoming wedding that I've been tweaking since November. I research hard to meet a budget. Since quoted, 3 weeks ago this bunch of roses went up by $10 😳
( client's cost on a bunch of 25 stems) ... Ok, ... So I eat that... you're welcome...🌷
Then, last week it would've cost an additional $10. 🥹..gulp!.... ..Today? ...Today I'm choking on it. That bunch is up another $20+
🫣 In all, nearly doubled in price.
That's just 1 item on the order, and who wants to be charged more once they've been quoted??
( We won't talk rising shipping costs today. )
Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. ( I'll bet it's not 'a break')
It's a dilemma, ..Rant over, ...

Recently I was honoured to have been able to bring in a taste of Spring to a memorial for a very Loved, amazing Lady. 💗
(Although Pink P***y Willow slipped out of season, the Wholesaler managed to source some for my order! )

Between Christmas and New Years is such a warm nostalgic moment of reflection. I am deeply grateful for this year, for every friend I made, and every couple that invited me to play a part in their Special day! 💗Thank You! 💗
I hope all your 1sts are magical, and the Joy follows you, pushing into all the corners of the New Year, and your life together!

I tip my hat to the many, many wonderful local vendors I was so fortunate to rub elbows with, and hope to again. Thanks to the many good friends that miraculously keep running to my aid, often at a moments notice!! I couldn't do this without you! 💗It just wouldn't be as much fun!

I appreciate the patience and understanding everyone gave me when I suddenly galloped off to NS to be with family.

I've been contemplating my next 10 year adventure plan.🤫
No clue yet, 🤣 ( I'm Open to ideas tho'! )
Not gone, but taking this month off to figure it out.
Sorry, no workshops or Christmas orders this year. ( It's hard, I miss You already,... but super excited to see where I land. ).
