When most people think of concrete, they think foundations and sidewalks.

When we talking about chasing form and space with microcement, this is exactly what me mean. 😎

When working on ’s new space, we were looking to create something luxurious while also making the most of our smaller space.

By using microcement, we were able to work alongside the designers by cementing directly on top of the forms and curves they built out around the space. This also allows the space to feel bigger because microcement is very thin and is able to reflect light in a way that makes the space feel more open.

Where the luxury comes in is the texture of the microcement is the application by hand, which makes the space completely unique. It’s also able to eliminate grout lines and expansion joints through it’s continuous finish, which helps make the space feel more cohesive!

When it comes to building out a showroom, the entrance is always key! ⭐️

As part of 40th Anniversary upgrades, we worked with to create some custom signage for their new bathroom showroom.

Located at the back of the building, the goal for this signage was to draw clients into the back of the shop, so we created a combination of GFRC fluting and microcement to create a sign that felt luxe while also not overpowering the beautiful bathroom displays inside the showroom!

Did you know we do custom sampling? 👀

When creating something we us, we want to ensure that it fits perfectly within your space, along with aligning to your vision. The best way to figure that out, is by using a custom sample.

When a client comes with a request outside of our library of options, we work directly with the client (or their designer) to build out the perfect sample for them to bring home and test in their own space.

From there, we’re able to refine colours and patterns before buildng out the final product.

In this video, we were working on a custom floor sample with where we were combining Terrazzo aggregates from two other samples into one larger sample for Lisa to bring to the client!

We can’t wait to show you how this project turns out once it’s installed! 🔥
