Last project of 2025, and it was a big one! My largest cutting board to date - end grain maple - 2” x 19” x 25”.

Usually I will work with the faults in a board, but the giant cracked knot in this walnut charcuterie board had to go.
The design evolved from being a simple plug into a bowl!
