After MANY years of saving, researching and planning an off-grid, straw bale home/studio with David McMillan we will be breaking ground on Monday! We are so excited to start this next phase of the build. Our house and studio will be built in this spot here, behind the lip of my mug.

To mark this momentous occasion I have decided to have a rare site wide sale! I don’t have site wide sales very often, so now’s a great time to get that piece you’ve been thinking about. Each purchase helps us with this huge project. 🏡

Please note that all orders placed during the sale will be processed in the beginning of Sept. We will be on our property in the Interlake for the length of the earth work, excavation and foundation prep. Thank you in advance for your patience and interest. 💕

Excited to share some big news with you all! 😁

After MANY years of saving, researching and planning… Dave and I will be starting to build our dream home & studio next week on our property in the Interlake. (1 hour north of Winnipeg, Mb). All the tree removal, earth work, excavation and preparations for the rubble trench foundation will take place, with the bulk of the build being completed next spring/summer. This off grid, straw bale home and studio is coming together, and it is so crazy, wonderful and maybe a touch overwhelming.

To mark this occasion, I have decided to have a rare site wide sale! I don’t usually offer big discounts on my pottery, but it’s kind of a big deal (and it’s obviously expensive 😉).

Here’s a way too long update of my garden that probably no one will watch in its entirety… but hey, I’m proud of it, ok! And it has totally exploded. 👩‍🌾🌱

Just got back from visiting family in Squamish, BC… so the first thing I did was check on the garden. Tons of growth, and still looking good without watering for a week. Now to work on some of the harvest.

I’ve been spending as much time as possible at our Mb Interlake property this spring and summer. Lots of gardening, general maintenance, and some preparations for the upcoming house build are in the works!

Join me & 30+ studio artists this Sat April 25th for ’s first spring open house and sale!!

🌸 Rise & Shine, at 618 Arlington St, 10am - 4pm 🌸

I’ll have some new pots to share with you all, including a new batch of these urban botanical cups, and a nice selection of new confetti pieces!

With our last open house over 4 months ago, the building artists and myself are so excited to welcome you into our studios again! There are now 4 floors of art space to explore, and we would love to see you this weekend! 🌸❤️
