Project Renfrew ✨

A beautiful kitchen is one thing. A beautiful kitchen that genuinely makes everyday life easier? That’s the goal.

Every cabinet, drawer and hidden feature in this space was considered around how our clients actually live; from where the morning coffee happens to where the everyday dishes belong and how the less beautiful necessities can be tucked away.

Because thoughtful design isn’t always the first thing you notice.

Sometimes, it’s simply how naturally a home works around you.

Beautiful, yes. But deeply functional, personal and made for real life—that’s what we’re always after.

I really need to take better care of my tools but I’ve been spoiled by a contractor husband who is always looking out for me and the design plans measurement’s 😂🫶🏻

Design really is a romantic process ✨

Even something as simple as putting together a mood board requires us to feel something. We need to understand the people we’re designing for, what they’re naturally drawn to, how they want their home to feel, and then find the pieces that start telling that story.

Because we’re not designing our home. We’re designing yours.

Our job isn’t to convince you to love what we love. It’s to listen closely enough to understand what you love — and then use our experience and creativity to turn that into something even better than you imagined.

That connection between people, products and place is where the good stuff happens.

And maybe that’s why, after all these years, we still find the whole process a little bit romantic. 🤎

We had to. We couldn’t resist doing this one… especially since the budget is such a major part of every renovation, and something we would never overlook.

A great renovation isn’t about spending the most money. It’s about knowing where your money will have the biggest impact.

That’s where thoughtful design, strategic planning, and experience make all the difference.

Because a well-managed budget isn’t a limitation—it’s one of the most important design tools we have.

Feeling “kinda chic” after jumping on this trend and creating this post.

It’s amazing how beautiful life can be when you choose to live in gratitude. 🤍✨

I’ve got nothing to hide in my camera roll, just a whole lot of progress, inspo, and flatlay pictures😅

Some of the truths I’ve learned along the way as a designer, business owner, and parent.

Do any of these resonate with you?
