A customer sampled the fried banana balls and loved them so much that she asked the chef to make more for her to take home! Here we go!! Her happiness was absolutely contagious!!!

Last weekend’s Steamed Buns/ Baozi Workshop was all about hands-on learning — from kneading soft, fluffy dough from scratch, to preparing savory fillings packed with flavor.

Everyone learned the art of rolling, folding, and wrapping each bun by hand, and finally watched them steam to perfection.
