Installation at Pacific Terrace in White Rock has reached the halfway mark.

SILEX residential fibreglass windows and doors are being installed throughout Zones 1–4 as part of the full envelope rehabilitation of this occupied nine-storey mixed-use building.

The scope includes white, dual-glazed windows, bay windows, sliding doors and swing doors—supporting improved energy efficiency, durability and long-term building performance.

More updates to come as the project progresses toward completion.

Project Highlight: Westsea Place Apartments in Vancouver, BC

We recently completed the window and patio door replacement project at Westsea Place, located at 1644 Nelson Street in Vancouver. This was more than just a window replacement. The objective was to significantly improve the building’s energy efficiency, comfort, and durability for the next 50 years.

By installing our high performance triple pane, Energy Star certified fiberglass windows and doors, the building now benefits from superior thermal performance, reduced heat loss, improved sound insulation, and enhanced year round comfort for residents.
