Korean Vermicelli Overload with Pork

Here’s my take on Korean vermicelli overload—packed with tender pork, black wood ear mushrooms (tengang daga), sayote, garlic, onion, celery, and a touch of superior light soy sauce.



I didn’t use any cooking oil for this dish. Instead, I rendered the fat from the pork first, letting it flavor all the aromatics.

Totsong / Tochong Bangus

Most recipes call for mashed tofu and black beans, but here's my version with a twist. Since I didn't have black beans or tofu on hand, I used black olives instead, giving it a unique, flavorful kick. Garnished with fresh, chopped wansoy (cilantro) for that extra burst of freshness.
