Yes. I know what you’re thinking. When can you have your next tub and surround updated!! I’m just a phone call away :) I started putting the shower valve on the side away from the toilet/vanity side because it’s much easier to access and a better flow. The shower control has a 3 way valve (only needed two in this case) to operate the shower head and tub spout separately (no little tub spout post to pull up). Valve is also higher than standard so the customer didn’t hit her head while having a bath 🛀 Fluted glass shower doors match the bathroom I did for them in the basement and so do the tiles. Neptune PIA tub (12.5” soaking depth vs 10” standard old school style). 4 schluter shelves for all the storage they need. And yes, the sticker on the window has to stay until they get the rebate for the new window :( I didn’t want to wait to post at a later date) THANK YOU again to these repeat clients and for the special gift. Customers like you make me want to do this until I’m old and crippled…. Likely 5 more years…hahaha. Cheers and enjoy your summer!!

So this customer’s mother was having trouble lifting her legs over her tub to have a shower. NOW, it’s ready for easy access, both doors slide so you can turn on the shower easier, I left the shower control lower, the shelves are lower, grab bars for safety and a seat for comfort:) The rest of the bathroom was untouched (except for paint touch ups). Oh and a new TALL BOY toilet for easier accessibility as well. Nothing crazy. Nothing too fancy. Just wayyy better functionality 🧞‍♂️

Thoughts on this invoice. Yes it was an emergency call. Took them 3 hours ( included running for parts). Reasonable?
