I am organizing the first ever inaugral meet for Drive Deviant with the intent of starting a local chapter.
Attendance form at bottom of post, please sign up even if it's a maybe (you get a unique sticker if you show!)
While the poster says its the 3rd annual meet, that's for the entire organization as there is no local representation yet.
Drive Deviant is a q***r motorsport group that's all about inclusivity and creating a safe space away from the toxicity that's so prevalent in automotive culture.
Come down whatever your ride is! I'll be on my ninja since my car is a shameful embrassment beyond redemption. Come if you're a car-free enthusiast, moto-curious, or just want to attend a q***r meetup!
I will be flying the Drive Deviant Pride flag, and my intent is to get regular public meets going (cruise night anyone?) so that the q***r community has better representation.
If the weather turns to s**t, I'll grab a table inside Flea Whiskey's.

I'm genderq***r (She/They) and Neptunic.
If you look closely you can spot those colours on the shoulder spikes on jacket!
And thank you to the always talented for the inspiration of this post that I'm shamelessly ripping off! 😘
I'll put my own spin on the line they used about "if you're not supportive of the community then unfollow", as I doubt I have any followers like that.
If anyone has a problem with my community, friends and family then you'll have to TRY to go through me first... That's not an idle threat, it's a promise.
Either that or f**k right off and go play in a wood chipper.
There are entirely too many bullies, bigots, and cowards preying on the most vulnerable members of our community AND getting away with it and I for one am beyond sick and tired of it and won't take it anymore...
Direct those bigots my way!
I'd love to have a "friendly chat" with them! 😈

It has occurred to me that I have mentioned my Pride clearout sale a few times now, but I never gave anyone details!
The discount is 33-50% off, depending on the item and whether it's in my current inventory or a new creation.
Not trying to be cagey, vague or mysterious!

Back to the grind!
I'm working on clearing out my old material stocks to make room for my upcoming resupply with new suppliers.

Been quite a while since I've made a post!
Probably a combo of post-market exhalation, combined with new moto fever 🏍️ 😁
I received these rolls of Malai (Malai.eco) the other day.
Made from coconut 🥥, it is 100% sustainable, fair-trade and plant-based (including the dyes.)
The "dusky pink", "leafy green", and "madder red" are all thicker (800 gsm) while the dark indigo and glossy black are a bit thinner (650 gsm.)
The difference in thickness may make the thicker ones unsuitable for wearables, and I have yet to see what the thinner ones are like to work with as well.
That being said, if they aren't suitable at all, it should be possible to make things like journals etc that I can spike up.
That or collaborate with another crafty type with the appropriate skillset who wants to experiment with new materials. 🤔

A customer at wanted a bracelet for their Xmas tree and I suggested this one.
Kudos to for suggesting this colour scheme when I was experiencing creative burnout.
The customer told me they couldn't wait till the holidays to display it and sent me this pic!
