Big changes happening!! We (Kate Michalska and Jaana Parks) have had an exciting year working together making and selling wool products as part of Little Longwool Company. However, the time has come to form a simpler business model and sadly we must say goodbye to Little Longwool Company. Kate will continue to raise rare breed Lincoln Longwool sheep at St. Isidore Farm and will focus mainly on selling skirted raw wool fleeces. Jaana will relaunch Ladoga Studio, her textile arts studio in Newburgh, Ontario, specializing in handmade rag rugs and quilts. Watch for exciting new products and workshops! She will also continue to organically process some of St. Isidore Farm's beautiful Lincoln Longwool sheepskins. Ladoga Studio's new website will be launched in November 2024.
