Got those pesky tent caterpillars? Instead of cutting off the branches of the infected trees, spray the caterpillars with BTK! Add 30ml of BTK to 10 litres of water, and spray away! In this video, we were using 15ml of BTK with 5 litres of water.

It's time to share a part of our story, our history, our legacy.

Kim and I are immensely proud to be where we are at, carrying on our family legacy started by our Grandpa, John Young. Our Grandma, Ouida, stood by his side while he built this greenhouse, and almost everyone in our family had a hand helping build it to what it is today. With our grandparents in our hearts, and under the watchful eye of our father, Kevin, we will continue to build and grow this dream.

We are getting to that time of year where the garden harvest is coming off, the canning is starting and soon enough baking too.
With it the pass down of family recipes and those precious memories created in the kitchen with grandma!
In our family everyone knew grandma Young’s favourite mixing bowl! Oh the deliciousness that was created in that bowl!!!
With grandma in mind we started bringing in unique kitchen utensils.
We have a large variety of styles in our beautiful measuring spoons! (To many for this video) New this season measuring cups, stunning spreading knives, a spatulas.
After a long baking/ canning session sit down with your favourite cup for a delicious tea using a beautiful tea steeper.
