Couture Club - Autumn 2026 🧵🍂✂️

We’re running a small sewing programme for kids aged 8-16, starting the week commencing 24 August. Classes run late August-December with an October break.

Learn to use a sewing machine, work with patterns, make clothes fit, repair favourites and transform old pieces into new ones.
All materials are included.
Max 4 kids per class.
Missed sessions? You can catch up for up to 3 sessions per semester.

Times & prices: Monday 4:00-5:30pm (CHF525), Tuesday 5:00-6:30pm (CHF525), Thursday 4:00-5:30pm (CHF455), Friday 4:00-5:30pm (CHF455).

Day 4 of Semaine de la Laine.

Lots of things finished, and we did some really cute needle felting. It was great to see everyone's imaginations emerging.

A couple of rugs were finished (although "rugs" may be stretching it according to their sizes 😀)

One more day left, and there will be lots of finishing up and some personal projects completed too.

Day 3 of Semaine de la Laine complete.

Today we finished our crochet octopus and started to weave a rug (or a wall hanging).
We first created t-shirt yarn (thank you to everyone who donated) and then used the hula hoop method to do our weaving.

Day 2 of Semaine de la Laine is complete.

We continued with our tapestry and also started to learn how to crochet. Progress was slow, but everyone started to get the hang of it.
