The Perles de Bossey were born from the desire to create a comfortable, healthy, and balanced living space for our family and ourselves.
Our passion for architecture, our attachment to simplicity, functionality and well-being led us to design modern, bright, and warm homes in a privileged location. With Mont Salève in the background and the terraces opening onto the Geneva Basin, these residences, located just 2 minutes from the Swiss border, offer an exceptional setting.
In addition to meeting the latest energy efficiency standards (RE2020 regulations), our homes are equipped with active double-flow ventilation systems, ensuring your well-being and health through optimal air circulation in the living spaces. The layout of each room (bedrooms, office, master suite, living room) as well as all the furniture (kitchen, bathrooms) have been carefully designed to offer optimal comfort. The choice of materials and the aesthetic coherence of the entire design are also essential elements in the conception of the houses.
Finally, we have intentionally left a large customizable space on the ground floor for the creation of a gym and relaxation area (sauna/steam room), a large playroom, a cinema, or any other use for its future occupants.
