This is the season to have Onion. One of the vegetables I love.
Japanese call the onion in this season as ‘新玉’, direct translation as ‘New Jade’.
Usually I just cut a bulb into 2 pieces, add a teaspoon of oil and few tablespoons and cook for about 20 mins, it is already very tasty even without any seasoning.
Tonight I have it with few slices of Pork Belly, such a healthy and tasty dinner!
