Authenticity that includes its serial num

ber and
model type, as well as its chip number. This chip is integrated in the silicone and includes
information about the unit and the client it is sold to. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please be advised we do not refund money for any
partial or full payments or for dolls that have been
already delivered. Always take in mind that your silicone babies is hand
manufactured and may contain minor imperfections. In the case where the client deems there are major
imperfections in the doll that has been delivered,
he/she has 30 days to let us know, so we can find a
solution after assessing the complaint. After 30 days of the doll's delivery no complaints will
be accepted in any case. For unpainted kits no refunds will be made or
complaints accepted if the kits have been painted,
even partially.
